Meet the Team
Our caring and dedicated team of staff love their work taking care of our residents and providing our colourful roster of different activities. We have years of experience taking care of the elderly and pride ourselves on providing an extremely positive experience and a lot of friendly, compassionate care for every single one of our residents. We treat every resident as an individual and have a fantastic time getting to know them as people, establishing firm friendships while we run the home.
Care staff
Our care staff are all fully qualified and thoroughly trained. The training is refreshed and updated every year to ensure that we fully comply with the standards for care, health and safety. We only recruit people who are friendly, understanding and committed to their work. Our special activities coordinator puts together all kinds of fun, engaging activities for the residents to take part in, whatever their interests, while our kitchen staff create delicious homemade food with lots of choice and variety for best health and happiness.
Management staff
Our manager, Jenny Hulme, is fully committed to our aim of providing excellent fully-certified day and residential care for the elderly, maintaining a tight-knit team of enthusiastic staff and a well-equipped home. The owners, Melanie and James Murphy, have been running the home for the last 8 years, maintaining it as a well-established part of the community.
