Care Home
Our care home in Blackpool offers all the essential care home facilities, a friendly and sociable atmosphere, and a caring, empathetic team of staff. We welcome every new resident warmly and look forward to making them feel at home; from our pretty gardens with patio to our games and hobby sessions, from hairdressers visits to group outings, we love to organise a rich variety of activities and opportunities for a change of scenery, to keep up the spice of life. Fundamentally, our goal is to provide a caring and positive environment for all of our day guests and residents.
Our rooms
We have 27 rooms, including double-occupancy rooms for married couples or residents who prefer to share. Some of the rooms are single rooms and some are en-suite. With this varied range of rooms, we are pleased to offer a suited living situation for every resident depending on their requirements. Our rooms have all the necessary facilities and plenty of home comforts to ensure that they are a pleasure to stay in.
Facilities
Our facilities include everything that a resident could need to keep up a healthy and happy day-to-day life. We have suited bathing facilities for people with joint pain or other mobility issues, as well as an elevator to the upper floor, a smoking room and a garden with a lovely patio area for our residents to sit and enjoy the sunshine. We cook fresh, tasty meals for all our guests, including different options to cater for different preferences, likes and dislikes.
Day care
Our day care guests come along to spend the day in our care home, joining with the other residents in the daily activities and meals. We think this is a fantastic way for retired people who want to stay in their own home to enjoy a sociable and varied life while maintaining their independence. All of our facilities and activities are available to the day care guests and the staff and residents are always delighted to welcome our day care guests when they arrive each day, making it something that everyone looks forward to.
